How it works:

• Please see Buying Services section of the FAQ’s for the steps to purchase services. Once a service is purchased, an appointment will be scheduled depending on consultants availability. Alternatively, you could send an email to us  via the Contact Us form on the Way2Canada website. We will then advise of the Consultants availability to book your appointment for the said date and time, else we will suggest alternative dates. Please purchase your service to confirm this booking.

• Please provide your receipt number, name and amount/service paid at the starting of your appointment to the consultant to confirm your booking. The consultant will not start the session without these information.

Levels of Service:

• Online Chat: Pick this service if you need a quick answer to a particular question or small set of questions.
• Telephone/Voice Consultation: If you prefer to talk to the Consultant select this service. You will be responsible for any telephone charges.
• Document Review (Single): Pick this service if you would like the consultant to review your papers before submitting to CIC yourself or alternatively to have the Consultant do this for you. Extra charge for any activity more than Document Review. Will be decided on a case by case basis.
• Document Review (4): Pick this service for a family of 4 if you would like the consultant to review your papers before submitting to CIC yourself or alternatively to have the Consultant do this for you. Extra charge for any activity more than Document Review. Will be decided on a case by case basis.
• Extra Credits($25, $50, $75,$100): To be used as a filler payment. For ex: If you family has more than 4 members then you could buy extra credits towards each family member. Also you could use to buy extra credits to upgrade to next level of service.

Buying Services:

• Step 1: Click the Buy Service menu.

• Step 2: In the drop down box select the service you would like to purchase.

• Step 3: ENTER THE NAME OF THE CONSULTANT in the memo field.

• Step 4: Click the  Buy Now to go to the secure Paypal transaction processing engine.

• Step 5: Either enter your credit card details or login to your paypal account.

• Step 6: After reviewing your order, Click Pay Now to submit your order.
  

Payment and Security:

• All financial data is handled directly by Paypal. Be rest assured that none of your financial data/credentials are available to us. We are a Paypal verified site. Since Paypal is the best way to transfer money around the world in a safe and secure manner, Way2Canada decided to use them as our payment transaction system thus making this site a secure site.
  

Terms and Conditions:

• All Sales are final. No refunds will be issued except under special circumstances. Depending on the situation we could rearrange the service that you had paid for with the same consultant (if available) or another.
• Our consultants time is valuable. Please be on time for your appointment failing which you could forfeit your money.
• You are paying for the consultants time ,effort and knowledge.No refund will be provided just because your case might not qualify or you are unhappy with the consultants answer w.r.t your case/situation.
  
• Please come prepared to your chat/phone sessions. The consultant cannot exceed the time period alloted for the case. Also please consider other clients who are in line to discuss their case. Keep your questions brief and to the point.
• You could purchase extra credits to extend the session ONLY upon the consultants/Way2Canada discretion.
• Clients engaging in unprofessional/abusive behavior will forfeit their money, have their IP banned and reported to the authorities.
  
• If after the initial consultations via Way2Canada, you ( the client) decide to hire/engage the consultants services separately Way2Canada will not be responsible for any liabilities arising out of it. At that point the agreement is directly between the Consultant and the Client.
• Way2Canada is not responsible in anyway for the Consultants actions or advice.
• All our financial transactions are verified through Paypal. If you have any issues related to unauthorized charges which you dont recognize please contact them.
• In case of the website being down we will try to accommodate the schedules as soon as the website hosting company restores it back.
• Chat/Phone conversations could be recorded randomly.
• Way2Canada reserves the right to change prices as needed.
